Facebook setup and management
For a lot of local customers, your Facebook page is where they check whether you're real, active and responsive. That's still a big audience: a 2025 Pew Research Center survey found that 71% of U.S. adults use Facebook, and about half visit it at least once a day.
I set your page up properly or clean up the one you have: the right category, accurate hours, your phone number, your service area, a clear description and a link to your website. The details match your Google Business Profile and site exactly, so customers and search engines see one consistent business.
Then I keep it active with posts that are actually useful: seasonal tips, finished projects, new blog articles, team introductions and the occasional reminder that you're a phone call away.
Short videos, and you own the content
Short videos show what photos and text can't: you on the job, how a repair works, a before-and-after, or a quick answer to a common question. They give people a sense of who they'll be dealing with before they ever call.
I make short videos for your business and post them to your page. Here's the important part: you OWN the content. The videos, photos and posts I make for you are yours to keep and reuse on your website, your Google Business Profile, YouTube or anywhere else. If we ever stop working together, everything stays with you.
Review responses and comments on Facebook
Facebook recommendations and comments are public, and people read the replies as closely as the posts. I monitor your page and reply to reviews, comments and questions in a friendly, specific voice that sounds like you.
When something negative comes in, I draft a calm response and check with you before posting anything sensitive. The same honest rules apply here as on Google: no fake reviews and no rewards for good ones. You can read more about my approach on reputation management.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns the videos and posts you create?
You do. The videos, photos and posts I create for your business are yours to keep and use anywhere, including your website, Google Business Profile and YouTube. Your Facebook page also belongs to your business, not to me. If we ever stop working together, you keep all of it, with no strings attached.
Does social media help my Google rankings?
Not directly in the way many people assume, since likes and follower counts aren't a ranking signal Google says it uses. Social media helps indirectly: it sends interested visitors to your site, confirms your business details, and gets people searching for you by name. It also builds trust before a customer ever reaches out.
What are retargeting ads?
Retargeting ads are ads shown to people who already visited your website. A small piece of tracking code on your site lets you reach those visitors later on Facebook, Instagram or other sites with a reminder about your business. Because they target people who already showed interest, they're a focused way to use a modest ad budget.
Do I need to be on every social platform?
No, you don't need to be everywhere. For most local service businesses, one well-run Facebook page does more good than five neglected accounts. I focus on where your customers actually spend time, keep it consistent and active, and reuse your videos on other platforms when it makes sense for your business.
